Stepping Stone Farm functions as a lesson, boarding and breeding facility. It is run entirely by the owners, Shawn and ARICP certified instructor, Maria Scandell. Stepping Stone Farm consists of a large three story barn, the ground level having twenty six 12 x 14 box stalls (all with rubber matted floors), two 12x28 foaling stalls with monitors, and a stallion collection area and laboratory. The farm sits on forty acres, with eleven two acre-four board fenced grass paddocks, a 150x225 sand outdoor riding arena, four board fenced grass paddocks, and miles of scenic trails.
